Deposits and Payments

A deposit is required for all bookings. This deposit confirms your commitment to the food, staffing and equipment allocated to your event for that date. Once we are fully booked for that date, new inquiries are turned away. We understand that most customers do not know final guest numbers at the time of booking, and allow for this between your booking and finalisation date. Until a deposit is received by our Accountant, any quote given is subject to confirmation of available products and services. We do experience many peak periods during the year, so always recommend booking as soon as your event date is confirmed, knowing that you can make adjustments up to 10 days prior. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

Finalisation of your event details and payment are due 10-14 days prior to the event.

Payment Methods

We accept direct deposit, Bankcard, Mastercard, Visacard and cash (cash payment only accepted in person).
